Job Description
Quality Technician This position is for a specialist in the Quality Assurance Department. An employee in this position has the primary responsibility to aid the Quality Assurance Department in all areas related to moving hardware through inspection and shipping. They will be required to assist other departments, when required, to ensure timely delivery of products. Essential Skills & Functions Inspect products and captures inspection data on necessary forms. Cleaning parts, building boxes, etc. Test Material and report results using necessary forms. Install hardware, stamp, identify parts in accordance with customer requirements and specifications. Assist with other QA functions including manual inspection, CMM inspection, traveler review, washing parts, shipping, and packaging. Assist in shipping and receiving functions, and in-process inspections. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Keep records and documentation organized. Work a complete 8-hour shift. Ensure attendance and punctuality to follow a strict schedule. Maintain good departmental housekeeping for safe and efficient operations. Understand and follow all safety related standards and practice. Ability to read, speak and write in English. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
