We are headquartered in Alexander, Arkansas, just outside of Little Rock. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our global customer base. Job Summary Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Quality program. This position is a hands-on analytical role responsible for assuring the quality reporting is documented and examined to identify opportunities for improvement through 'Root Cause Analysis (RCA)' and 'Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA)'. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our products, improve quality systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence quality assurance practices within a thriving manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Extract and analyze quality reporting data within the CRM system for RCA and CAPA Identify areas in the 'cradle to grave' process that require additional quality check points and procedures Ensure Quality Review documents are in place and in use in all key areas - review regularly for needed changes due to the changes in manufacturing / design Provide and present executive summaries to the executive team regarding quality metrics, trends, RCA, CAPA, new opportunities and initiatives Create quality testing plans around new product development and work cross-functionally across the ecosystem on lifecycle quality testing Work alongside the quality control specialist to ensure a continuous flow of data and accuracy Maintain Voice of the Customer (VOC) reviews for ongoing customer feedback of the cradle to grave process and product (sales to service) Key responsibilities Extract and analyze quality reporting data within the CRM system for RCA and CAPA Identify areas in the 'cradle to grave' process that require additional quality check points and procedures Ensure Quality Review documents are in place and in use in all key areas - review regularly for needed changes due to the changes in manufacturing / design Provide and present executive summaries to the executive team regarding quality metrics, trends, RCA, CAPA, new opportunities and initiatives Create quality testing plans around new product development and work cross-functionally across the ecosystem on lifecycle quality testing Work alongside the quality control specialist to ensure a continuous flow of data and accuracy Maintain Voice of the Customer (VOC) reviews for ongoing customer feedback of the cradle to grave process and product (sales to service) Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, Business or related fields Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Fundamental understanding of quality assurance principles Ability to work in CRM (Salesforce), extract data, analyze and address through RCA and CAPA Must have proficiency in MS office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment Join us at Whiting Systems where your expertise will help uphold our commitment to excellence! Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
