Job Description
QA/Punch Technician Integrity Distributors — Full-Time Position Summary We're looking for a detail-oriented QA/Punch Technician to inspect incoming and outgoing doors, windows, and trim for quality defects, and perform punch/finish work to correct minor imperfections before products ship. This role combines quality assurance inspection with hands-on repair work. Key Responsibilities Inspect doors, windows, and trim products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies against quality standards Document and report quality issues; flag non-conforming product Perform punch-list repairs — filling, sanding, touch-up, and minor finish corrections Use hand tools (chisel, nail punch, hammer, tape measure) to correct fit and finish issues Communicate recurring defect trends to supervisors/production Maintain accurate inspection logs and quality records Requirements 1+ years experience in quality inspection, carpentry, or finish work (millwork/doors/windows a plus) Strong attention to detail Ability to lift 100lbs Valid driver's license preferred Pay & Schedule Full-time, 40 hrs/week
