Benefits & Perks Health Insurance Career Advancement Opportunities Positive Team Environment Job Summary Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Analyst supports daily Quality Assurance activities across manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations. This position helps ensure products are manufactured and packaged in compliance with 21 CFR Part 111, 21 CFR Part 117, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain product safety, identity, strength, quality, and purity. The ideal candidate has experience in dietary supplement, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and excellent documentation and analytical skills. Responsibilities Perform in-process inspections, line clearances, and environmental monitoring. Serve as the primary QA representative on the production floor. Review batch records and manufacturing documentation for accuracy and cGMP compliance. Verify products meet quality standards before release. Investigate deviations, nonconformances, and out-of-specification (OOS) events while supporting CAPA and change control. Conduct internal audits and assist with FDA, customer, and third-party inspections. Support incoming material inspections and material release activities. Train production personnel on cGMPs, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and quality procedures. Promote continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in dietary supplement, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111, 21 CFR Part 117, cGMPs, HACCP, and GDP. Experience with batch record review, investigations, CAPA, and audits. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field. Associate degree with equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
