Quality Auditor/Inspector

Quality Auditor/Inspector 910 Townsend Drive, Pocahontas, AR 72455 Full-time Full-time Black River Commodities, LLC is looking for a Quality Assurance professional who will be responsible for guaranteeing the quality of our products and services. Their day-to-day work will involve careful inspections and enforcement of quality standards. Other essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure product specifications are met
• Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide guidance on quality control processes
• Analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics to track performance and identify trends
• Fabricate and maintain inspection fixtures and gauges
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality
• Follow established procedures and standards for quality assurance Must have:
• Previous experience in a quality assurance role
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and conducting inspections
• Knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and tools
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
