Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting sample management and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance, which will align successfully within the organization.

- What's the Job?
- + Coordinate finished product samples to support product release and testing processes.
+ Manage sample inventory, including pulling, shipping, and documenting sample status.
+ Ensure all documentation is accurate, archived, and compliant with GMP and GDP standards.
+ Ship samples for stability testing, end-of-shelf-life, and other testing requirements.
+ Perform data and document audits to verify accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and prepare audit reports with corrective actions.
- What's Needed?
- + High School diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
+ Previous experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation.
+ Effective communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift approximately 25 lb. boxes.
