Quality Assurance Inspector (QA Inspector)

Job Summary:

Quality Assurance/Inspection position open with a fast-paced coating and finishing facility. This position involves review internal work instructions, blueprints and specifications prior to coating operations and physical inspection of processed parts. Mid-level or better mechanical blueprint reading skills are preferred. Previous quality assurance and/or manufacturing experience is preferred. Training will be provided. Must be reliable and able to work safely at all times and comply with all safety regulations while working in a production environment; maintain equipment and the work area in a clean and organized manner; as well as perform other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as needed. This is a full time, day shift position with some required overtime.

Skills/Abilities:

Ability to read aerospace drawings and specifications. Excellent command of written and spoken English Computer proficient.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma, GED. Aerospace experience an asset. Quality assurance/inspection experience.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks. Must be able to lift to 30 pounds at a time. Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
