The vision of Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division is to be the global leader in the design, development, manufacture, and service of engine fuel, lubrication, and thermal management systems and components for aerospace/defense and industrial applications. Position Summary To ensure compliance of the documented quality system to specified requirements (internal and external), promote and facilitate continuous improvement, and provide general support to the facility for interpretation and application of internal and external quality program standards.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of quality systems Schedule and perform internal audits of the quality system as related to documented procedures, work instructions, and the
ISO 9001
International Standard. Effectively report audit activities and results, and perform comprehensive follow up of corrective actions Report to Management Review the status of quality system indicators such as cost of quality, warranty expense, scrap/standard hour cost, TQM survey results, etc. Facilitate Management Review meetings; record and distribute meeting minutes Manage the Customer Complaint and other corrective/preventative action programs Assist resolution teams with corrective/preventive action programs Maintenance, control, update, and distribution of quality system documentation Provide support and guidance to facility personnel in the interpretation of and compliance with the
ISO 9001
International Standard. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required RAB or ASQ Certified Lead Auditor preferred Excellent communication skills Solid project management skills Familiarity with
ISO 9001
