Join us-and be part of something built to last. We are seeking Field Materials Testing Technicians to join our team in Arizona. This is a hands-on role for individuals with strong initiative who are ready to perform critical materials testing in the field to support high-quality infrastructure development. Compensation:
$25-35+/hour depending on experience

Phoenix, AZ FLSA Exemption:
Non-Exempt Schedule:
Working on Dispatch (Hours may vary) What you'll be doing: Perform routine field testing of construction materials (e.g., soils, concrete, asphalt) Verify conformance to construction plans and specifications Accurately complete daily reports and datasheets Follow procedures and safety standards in all field activities Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor Travel to job sites using company or personal vehicle What you have: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license (required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions Ability to pass a drug screening Strong initiative and attention to detail What will make you stand out: ACI certification in Soils, Concrete, or Asphalt; ATTI certification Previous experience with field testing on construction projects Clear and accurate documentation skills Dependable and safety-conscious work habits Preferred Certification(s): ICC Certifications
