YOUR ROLE
Shift will be Sunday - Wednesday. $22 Hourly. Responsible for supporting continuous improvement through company non-conformance analysis, reporting, corrective actions, Quality Management System administration, and Quality documentation support. Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for improving product quality and process efficiencies to ensure the company maintains a robust Quality Management System and any required external certifications. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Follow work instructions as set out by the QA Supervisor and EQS-Quality Manager. Verify incoming, in-process, and outgoing product with customer requirements. Validate parts and materials to blueprint and required specifications by utilizing approved metrology methods and maintaining calibration standards. Record inspection results and maintain accurate record filing systems. Perform stock purges on nonconforming product as identified and directed by the customer. Action discrepant material, including return, sort, rework, scrap, or provisional release, as directed by the customer. Assist on-site customer and government quality assurance representatives. Assist in improving Quality systems that support ISO standards and help identify preventive action, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives. Meet customer expectations of quality, safety, service, and value criteria. Maintain quality performance data supporting QA metrics tracking and performance improvement. Support Quality administrative tasks to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS). Maintain Quality and Safety documentation, records, databases, and systems, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date. Support management by creating, maintaining, and updating Quality dashboards and reports as required by the Quality Management System. Assist with document control activities, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.

Support internal and external audits through preparation and maintenance of required documentation.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Knowledge of
ISO 9001, ISO
14001, and
ISO 45001
standards and management systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, formulas, pivot tables, and charts. Experience using Microsoft Forms and other Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of inventory management systems, quality inspections, validation of parts and materials to blueprint specifications, and calibration processes. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records within Quality and Safety systems. Ability to understand, maintain, and support quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional teams and diverse backgrounds. Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations while working in a professional manner. Ability to promote the company's Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Sustainability policies. Support, motivate, and assist team members in maintaining Quality Assurance standards. Positively interact with customers, suppliers, peers, and employees to drive positive results. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
