Job Description

Job Duties:
Provides general support to quality engineers and the quality assurance team. Assists in resolution of failure analysis, corrective and preventive action to respond to internal and/or external customer complaints. Assists in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action plans. Supports operations to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the Quality Management system and in accordance with the InterLnX Quality Manual and AS9100D standard. Updates work instructions and other technical documents. Supports the creation of processes and manufacturing travelers that lead to successful manufacturing outcomes. Performs maintenance and validation functions for equipment and tooling. Demonstrates understanding and use of industry standards: IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001, and customer-mandated requirements. Other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Strong math skills. Professional, self-motivated and reliable. Strong attention to detail. Understanding of process controls and cause and effect relationships. Ability to pass a vision assessment which includes reading basic directions with average sized font and distinguishing various physical characteristics and different colors. Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years' experience in a quality assurance role or quality inspection role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of
ISO 9001 / AS 9100
procedures. ASQ certifications
IPC-A-620, IPC J-STD, IPC-A-610
certifications. Experience with 3D modeling and printing. Bachelor's degree. Job Details

    Starting Pay is $18-24/Hour (depending on experience)
