The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our cars meet the quality standards. This position involves conducting quality inspections, and maintaining quality management systems within the car process. The Quality Control Associate will be responsible for checking cars quality and making sure they are ready to be sold!
MUST HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE WITH CARS AND BE FAMILIAR WITH THEM.
hours are Monday through Friday 8-5 Duties Pass state emissions test and emission test every car 16-18 cars per day work in an outdoor shaded area doing small reconditioning work to vehicles such as spray paint wheels, install steering wheel covers, interact with various vendors, and fill windshield chips Quality control check vehicles after they are detailed roughly 16-18 cars per day Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures and improve overall product quality. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits, ensuring data integrity for analysis purposes. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and recommendations based on inspection results. Experience Previous experience in a quality control or assurance role within a manufacturing environment is preferred. trainable and can study and pass a state emission test Experience conducting quality inspections is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required to maintain accurate records and reports.
