Job Description

Perform inspection and quality control of aerospace parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience with aerospace parts and components Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), or airline environments Knowledge of AS9100 and applicable aerospace quality standards Experience with nonconforming material control processes Experience using precision measurement tools and inspection equipment Job Responsibilities Inspect aerospace components including engines, avionics, and structural assemblies Perform preliminary, in-process, and final inspections on parts and assemblies Use precision measuring devices to verify dimensions, identify defects, and assess damage Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) using systems such as TipQA or Apriso Conduct receiving inspection for incoming materials and components Tag, identify, and quarantine rejected or non-repairable items Support and lead technical investigations related to quality issues and nonconformances Preferred Skills FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification Familiarity with aerospace quality control practices and inspection workflows Experience with digital quality systems such as TipQA or Apriso Knowledge of inspection processes for complex aerospace assemblies
