  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled QA/QC Technician to join our quality assurance team. This position is responsible for ensuring that all outside plant work
  • including fiber, copper, conduit , and related infrastructure meets company standards, project specifications and industry best practices.
All documentation to be implemented using Origami App. Responsibilities Inspect and verify field installations for compliance with design and safety standards Document and report deficiencies or deviations from scope Perform testing and verification of fiber and copper cabling Ensure all work meets RCT quality and safety requirements Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, and project managers to resolve field issues Maintain accurate QC records and daily reports Participate in quality audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues. Document findings and prepare reports on quality inspection results for review by management. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in quality control or assurance in outside plant or telecommunications field work Strong understanding of OSP construction practices and materials Experience with fiber testing and documentation (OTDR< power meter, etc.) Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for effective problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Valid driver's license and impeccable driving record Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
