Job Description An overview of your responsibilities: Support organizational quality objectives by executing daily inspection and documentation procedures Inspect parts and materials to ensure compliance with established specifications and quality standards Measure, verify and analyze data to ensure a quality product Approve or reject material by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests Document quality findings and promptly communicate results to relevant parties Report investigation/test/containment results in a clear, concise, and timely manner to the appropriate supervisor(s) Maintain equipment regularly to ensure normal operating activity Collect defective parts and materials, secure in designated areas Maintain compliance with internal safety policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment Uphold workplace organization and cleanliness in alignment with 3R5S standards Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Experience with QA activities in a manufacturing setting, including use of measurement devices such as meters, gauges, computers, calipers, and other measuring instruments preferred Working knowledge of basic statistical concepts and methods preferred Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques preferred Able to lift up to 50 pounds, able to stand / walk for 12 hours shifts.
