Perform inspection and quality assurance activities on aerospace parts, components, and assemblies to ensure compliance with applicable quality and industry standards. Job Requirements 5+ years of aerospace parts/components experience within manufacturing, MRO, maintenance, or airline environments. Knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality standards. Experience with nonconforming material control processes. Hands-on inspection experience using precision measurement equipment. Preferred Skills FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification. Spacecraft or aerospace quality inspection experience. Experience with TipQA and/or Apriso. Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) experience. Job Responsibilities Perform receiving, preliminary, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace components. Inspect engines, avionics, structural components, and other parts according to manufacturing work instructions. Verify dimensions, identification, defects, and damage using precision measuring devices. Generate and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Properly identify and tag rejected or non-repairable components. Support technical investigations and Root Cause Corrective Action activities. #
