Pay Rate:

$21.00/hr on W2

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Medical industry (GMP) and/or laboratory experience preferred Position Summary The Field Assurance (FA) Technician will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Field Assurance (Complaint Handling) Laboratory. The technician will contribute to the timely completion of complaint-returned sample analysis while following established laboratory procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with measuring equipment, microscopes, biosafety laboratory practices, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and working in a cleanroom environment.

Essetial / Key

Responsibilities Clean and disinfect laboratory spaces in accordance with established procedures.

Collect, record, and accurately analyze sample analysis data.

Conduct sample analysis testing according to established protocols.

Decontaminate complaint samples received in the laboratory.

Document complaint samples received for evaluation.

Identify and escalate unexpected sample analysis results to the supervisor and appropriate team members.

Maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP) when recording preliminary and sample analysis results.

Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and biosafety laboratory practices.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory work environment.

Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers and support staff.

Participate in project planning, scheduling, and tracking.

Store and dispose of complaint samples according to applicable procedures.

Support continuous improvement of laboratory processes and test methods.

Understand and follow established procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

Operate calibrated laboratory equipment and tools. Required Qualifications High School Diploma and/or Associate Degree in Technical Studies, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.

3-5 years of relevant laboratory, technical, manufacturing, or medical industry experience.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Technical writing skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to accurately document and maintain records.

Must have proof of Hepatitis B vaccination series, be willing to undergo the Hepatitis B series, or sign a waiver. Preferred Qualifications Medical industry experience, particularly in a GMP environment.

Laboratory experience.

Familiarity with laboratory safety practices.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Experience with OGP Flash 500 SmartScope.

Oral and written presentation skills.

Ability to perform testing according to written instructions.

Familiarity with measuring equipment and microscopes.

Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled laboratory environment. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this position, the employee will regularly be required to: Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.

Use sight and hands to manipulate, handle, or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment.

Verbally communicate with other associates.

Occasionally reach with hands and arms.
