Must be at least 21 years old Position Summary iKrusher is seeking a hands-on Product Testing & User Experience Specialist to evaluate vape hardware performance across different oil formulations and usage conditions. This is a part-time, hourly position based primarily at our Arcadia, CA facility. This role focuses on preparing test samples, conducting product and sensory evaluations, identifying the best hardware settings for different oils, and documenting results. The specialist will also help coordinate additional testers and may occasionally support product testing or troubleshooting at customer locations. Key Responsibilities Prepare oil samples for testing, including basic formulation adjustments, terpene blending, and manually filling vape devices when needed. Conduct hands-on product testing and evaluate vapor production, flavor delivery, draw experience, consistency, leakage, clogging, usability, and overall product experience. Use filling equipment, puffing machines, and other vape-product testing tools. Use the iKrusher OMNI App to test and identify suitable voltage, power, or temperature curves for different oil and hardware combinations. Coordinate testing activities with other internal or external testers, collect feedback, and help ensure consistent testing methods. Record test results and prepare clear product-testing, user-experience, and recommendation reports. Occasionally travel with Sales or Customer Support team members to assist with product testing, setup, or troubleshooting at customer locations. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old (required due to the handling and evaluation of vapor and nicotine/oil products). Practical experience using vape hardware and familiarity with different vape-device formats. Basic understanding of oils, viscosity, terpene blends, and how oil characteristics may affect hardware performance. Experience using filling equipment, puffing machines, or similar product-testing tools is preferred. Able to evaluate product performance and user experience in a consistent and objective manner. Able to organize test data and write clear testing or product-experience reports. Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently and coordinating with multiple teams. Able to travel occasionally based on customer or project needs. Schedule & Compensation This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) position scheduled for approximately 20-30 hours per week. The pay range for this role is $26.00 to $34.00 per hour. The actual rate offered within this range will depend on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. As a non-exempt employee, the specialist is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with California law for hours worked beyond 8 in a workday or 40 in a workweek. The specialist will accrue paid sick leave as required under California law. This part-time position is not benefits-eligible unless otherwise required by law or company policy. Testing Environment & Working Conditions This position involves hands-on work with vape hardware, oil samples, filling equipment, and testing tools. Certain evaluations may include direct sensory assessment of draw, vapor, flavor, and overall user experience using approved test materials. All testing activities must follow company safety procedures and applicable laws and regulations. iKrusher will provide the equipment, tools, and applications (including the OMNI App) needed to perform this role.
