We're looking for someone to join our team as a Quality Improvement Specialist -BH who: The Quality Improvement Specialist-BH is a highly flexible, cross-functional member of the Behavioral Health Quality team. This position is responsible for supporting quality improvement initiatives and activities across multiple Behavioral Health programs and sites, including both mental health and substance use disorder services. Under general supervision, the Float Quality Improvement Specialist - BH coordinates compliance activities, conducts audits, monitors documentation standards, and provides data reporting to support organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Unlike site-based roles, this position is not assigned to a single program or location and is expected to provide coverage and support wherever operational needs arise, including simultaneous assignments across multiple programs. The Float Quality Improvement Specialist - BH has a vital role in maintaining continuity of quality operations during staffing gaps, high-volume periods, or special projects.
