Who You Are:
The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for leading and maintaining the Company's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. This role will provide direct leadership of quality inspection while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and site leadership to drive product quality, process discipline, and operational excellence. Understand & help maintain the Company's

Accountabilities:
Understand, communicate, and enforce the Company's PASS Program. Manage & define the responsibilities of QA/QC personnel & assign individual tasks. You may direct or personally perform the following duties: Perform inspections on work as needed. Inspect and perform quality testing on materials and manufactured equipment such as vessels, tanks, and piping systems, during construction and maintenance activities. Document inspections and ensure that documentation is accurate and timely. Review Welding Procedures and Welder Qualifications to verify applicability to projects. Provide accurate and timely reports to customers and management as directed. Maintain and assemble documents for job packages. Manage third party inspectors & review their company's procedures & tech's certifications. Develop positive relationships with customers and regulatory representatives.
Preferred:
Ability to read, interpret, & enforce Code and Drawing requirements. Primarily
ASME BPVC, B31, & NBIC.
Ability to read and interpret Welding Procedures and Welder Qualifications. Ability to perform QC inspections and determine if work conforms to requirements. Must have valid driver's license and comply with Company driving policy
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. 5 or more years' industry experience in power generation, boilers, construction, and piping, and/or refineries. Must have and maintain an AWS CWI certification.
API 510, 570, 653
is a plus.
Compensation Range:
