Job Description
Aerospace Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer E.A.S. Manufacturing Co., Inc. - Camarillo, CA E.A.S. Manufacturing is a AS9100-certified aerospace machine shop seeking an experienced Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer to join our team. This is a hands-on position. The successful candidate will perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of precision machined aerospace components while programming and operating our CMM. If you enjoy solving inspection challenges, working with precision parts, and being an important part of a small aerospace team, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Program and operate a DCC CMM Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T Perform manual inspections using precision measuring equipment Prepare AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports Write and process NCRs as required Review material certifications, special process certifications, and inspection documentation Work with machinists and engineering to resolve inspection issues Maintain accurate inspection records Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience inspecting precision machined parts Experience programming a DCC CMM (PC-DMIS, Calypso, CMM Manager, MCOSMOS, or similar) Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T Experience with micrometers, calipers, bore gages, height gages, indicators, thread gages, and surface plate inspection Strong attention to detail Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Able to work independently and manage priorities Preferred Qualifications Aerospace manufacturing experience AS9100 experience AS9102 First Article experience Net-Inspect experience CMM Manager software experience Renishaw PH20 experience Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Overtime available based on workload Benefits Paid holidays Paid vacation Health insurance Stable long-term employment Clean, climate-controlled aerospace facility 401

Have you written NCR's and AS9102 reports? What is the highest version of CMM Manager you are proficient with if you have used it. Have you used Net-Inspect to submit inspection data to customer? Depending on the work load we are open 44 to 52 hours per week. Are you able to work some to most Saturdays to support the shop when needed?Experience:
