Job Description
Job Summary A growing manufacturing team in Camarillo is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a direct hire opportunity supporting cleanroom production operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented QC professional with hands-on inspection experience, strong blueprint interpretation skills, and the ability to ensure products meet required specifications from incoming materials through final inspection. The Quality Control Inspector will work closely with production, quality, and operations teams in a structured cleanroom environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming raw material, in-process, and final inspections to verify product quality and specification compliance.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria to identify product differences and quality issues.
- Use handheld measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes to complete accurate inspections.
- Document inspection results and support non-conformance reporting, including NCR and MRR processes.
- Work in a cleanroom environment while following gowning, PPE, safety, and quality procedures.
- Partner with production and quality teams to help resolve inspection concerns and maintain product standards. Compensation and Benefits

Multiple openings with 5:30am and 6:00am start times.Overtime:
Must be flexible to work overtime based on business needs, including early starts, extended shifts, and weekends when required. Required Qualifications and Skills- Perform quality inspections across incoming materials, in-process production, and final product stages.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and product specifications.
- Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and product requirements.
- Document non-conforming materials and support NCR and MRR quality processes.
- 2+ years of Quality Control Inspector experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
- Hands-on experience interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and detailed specifications.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, measuring tapes, and other handheld measuring tools.
- Cleanroom experience or cleanroom exposure, with comfort working gowned and in PPE for the duration of the shift.
- Experience with incoming raw material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
- Understanding of non-conformance reporting processes, including NCR and MRR documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify differences between product output and required specifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a quality-focused team.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, early starts, or extended shifts as business needs require. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment.
- Quality inspection experience in a regulated or highly controlled manufacturing environment.
- Strong documentation habits and familiarity with quality systems or inspection records.
- Previous experience supporting production teams with root cause identification or corrective action follow-up.
