Camarillo, CA 1st

Shift Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, with OT on Saturdays, 6:00 AM-2:30

PM Responsibilities:

Perform and verify visual, dimensional, electrical, mechanical, environmental, and chemical inspection functions. Review and approve inspection/test data. Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and procedures. Interface with customer/government source inspection personnel. Maintain inspection records in accordance with company procedures. Generate and assist in the corrective/preventive action process. Understand and support the Quality Management System. Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Requirements:

Must communicate (read and write) in English. Use basic measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.). Basic four-function mathematics, some SPC data collection. Must not be color blind or have non-correctable vision impairment. Familiarity with AS9102 and creating AS9102 FAIRs.

Preferred Skills:

High School graduate, or equivalent. American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Inspector (CQI). Three to five years of manufacturing experience. Three to five years of inspector experience.
