Carlsbad, CA Join an established, vertically integrated manufacturer where your measurement expertise will help ensure parts meet exact specifications. We're looking for an experienced CMM Programmer with hands-on experience using Open DMIS or PC-DMIS to support inspections, first article work, and quality improvements. What You'll Do Set up, program, operate, and calibrate CMM equipment to inspect parts against specifications. Perform and document receiving, in-process, final, and shipping inspections using precision measuring tools. Support First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), nonconformance reports (NCRs), and quality documentation in the ERP system. Partner with Engineering and Production on inspection findings, MRB dispositions, corrective actions, and quality improvements. Support audits involving

AS9100, ISO

13485, and

ISO 14001

requirements. Train team members on measurement techniques and help cross-functional teams meet production goals. What You'll Bring High school diploma and at least 3 years of hands-on CMM programming and metrology experience . Proficiency with Open DMIS or PC-DMIS, GD&T, dimensional inspection, and precision measurement. Ability to independently program and operate CMM equipment. Knowledge of

ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO

14001, AS9102, and

FAR/DFAR

requirements. Familiarity with quality testing tools and procedures. Strong English communication skills, including clear, detailed written documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus . Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
