Pay Rate:

$26 - $31/hr Fastener Inspection - Aerospace Manufacturing

• Read, understand and practice Customer Standards & specifications
• Read, understand and practice Industry Standards & Specifications
• Read, understand and practice internal procedures & work instructions
• Use various inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, tape measures, ultrasonic thickness tester
• Review and inspect incoming, in-process and outgoing material
• Work with production to review and verify products conformance to specified requirements
• Handle non-conforming material including the identification and disposition as required
• Handle the review of incoming material test reports to ensure compliance
• Have knowledge of

AS9100D/AS9120B/ISO 9001-15

standards

• Assist in conducting internal audits
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet facility goals

Skills/Knowledge:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years experience in quality inspection
• Basic Computer Skills

Excellent Communication Skills Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with sheet and plate material
• Experience with Titanium, Aluminum and steel
• Fastener industry
