Full Job Description Now Hiring Quality Assurance Schedule:

Monday

• Friday, occasional weekends

TIME:

4:30am

Pay Rate:

$17.50

00ph Job Summary The Quality Control Technician verifies compliance with HACCP, GMP, and safety procedures and policies. Job Responsibilities 1. Pre-op inspection of facility before production startup by inspecting production equipment for rust, condensation and cleanliness. Interprets and documents results. 2. Obtain, prepare and conduct sample analysis using a variety of lab testing equipment. 3. Swab assigned area(s) on the production floor grid. 4. Conduct a variety of audits including, but not limited to, temperatures on outbound product, product packaging counts, pest activity, plant conditions, and GMP's. 5. Interpret and record results of all tests performed, document results in accordance with established processes and procedures. 6. Test processing batches, finished goods, and incoming raw materials to ensure proper specification. 7. Produce a variety of reports detailing and summarizing test results. 8. Maintain clean and sanitary testing environment. 9. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications 1. One (1) year experience in meat processing environment preferred.' 2. Ability to accurately perform basic math 3. Ability to enter data into reporting system.
