Role:

As an Electronics Quality Technician I, you will play a vital role in supporting quality assurance, inspection, rework, and repair activities for cutting-edge electronic and wireless communication products. This hands-on position is perfect for candidates with electronics manufacturing experience and strong soldering skills. You'll be a key player in ensuring compliance with IPC standards and engineering requirements while helping to maintain the highest quality objectives.

Shifts Available:

First Shift:

Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM - 12:30

PM Second Shift:

Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00

PM Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection:

Perform visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and electronic assemblies.

Soldering & Repair:

Conduct soldering, desoldering, touch-up, rework, and repair activities on through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components.

Compliance:

Identify workmanship defects and verify compliance with IPC standards, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

Documentation:

Support quality investigations by documenting nonconformances and assisting with root cause analysis activities.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve product quality concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, inspection, rework, or repair Demonstrated soldering and desoldering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and basic schematics

Preferred Qualifications:

Current IPC-A-610 and/or

IPC J-STD-001

Certification Experience performing advanced rework and repair of PCB assemblies Familiarity with RF, wireless communications, or electronics manufacturing environments What to Expect During the
