Quality Inspector We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Culver City. In this role, you will inspect protective hearing and respiratory products throughout the production process to ensure high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspections of manufactured products and components Conduct routine product testing according to established procedures Use calipers, gauges, and scales to verify product measurements, dimensions, and weight Read and accurately record measurements, including decimals and fractions Compare inspection results against established specifications and tolerances Inspect products for defects, damage, contamination, and incorrect assembly Verify that finished products meet required quality standards Count inspected, accepted, rejected, and defective products Document inspection findings, test results, measurements, and production quantities Calculate and track basic defect percentages when required Separate nonconforming products and report quality concerns to leads and supervisors Maintain accuracy while inspecting high production volumes and follow safety procedures Keep the inspection station clean, organized, and properly supplied
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1 year quality control inspector experience in manufacturing or production workspace Experience using calipers, gauges, and scales Ability to accurately read measurements, decimals, fractions, and tolerances Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with dependable attendance Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment Bilingual in English and Spanish required Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
