Position Summary:
Position Summary:
The CMM scanner is responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing coordinate measuring machine programs to support dimensional inspection of aerospace components. This role plays a key part in ensuring inspection accuracy, product conformity, and manufacturing quality performance.
Position Responsibilities:
- Relevant experience in 3D scanning and metrology
- Hands-on experience with Hexagon Absolute Arm, ROMER Arm, or portable CMMs
- Experience with laser scanning probes (RS6, AS1, etc.)
- Knowledge of GD&T, dimensional inspection, and quality control
Experience with software such as:
PC-DMIS
