In this critical first-shift role, you will perform real-time inspections of machined parts to ensure every component meets rigorous standards before moving to the next stage of production 1st Shift, $23.00 per hour. 7am-330pm, Mon-Fri What You'll Do Perform real-time, in-process inspections of machined parts to ensure adherence to blueprints and tolerances. Quality inspections for CNC machining. Verify dimensions using precision tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Interpret technical drawings and specifications using GD&T prints. Maintain detailed quality records, inspection logs, and non-conformance reports. Collaborate with machinists to troubleshoot defects and provide immediate feedback. Ensure all gauges and inspection tools are properly handled and calibrated. Follow safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a clean, compliant workspace. First Article or Final Inspections as needed Parts are extremely small so it would be great if they have some experience using a microscope. What You Bring 2+ year in quality inspection (post-plating/coatings preferred) Hands-on microscope use. 2+ year in In-Process inspections Confident reading GD&T prints ; strong attention to detail and documentation Experience with measuring tools like micrometers, indicators, Go/NoGo gauges, etc Reliable, punctual, and flexible.

Pay:

$23.00 hr.
