Full-Time About Us BHY Foods Factory LLC is a USDA-inspected food manufacturing company located in El Monte, California. We are committed to producing safe, high-quality food products and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and regulatory compliance. Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual (English & Chinese) Quality Control Technician to join our team. The QC Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet company and USDA quality and food safety standards. This position works closely with the production team to monitor processes, perform inspections, and maintain compliance with GMP, SSOP, and HACCP programs. Responsibilities Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products. Monitor production lines for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety programs . Conduct product testing and verify labeling accuracy. Record inspection data and maintain accurate quality documentation. Identify and report non-conformances; assist in corrective actions. Support USDA inspections and internal quality audits. Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese with production and management staff. Participate in employee training related to quality and food safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related training preferred. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) — required for daily communication. Previous QC or food safety experience in a food manufacturing or USDA-inspected facility preferred. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and SSOP programs. Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills. Ability to work in cold environments and stand for long periods.
