Full Job Description Time:
Monday to Friday from 6am to 2:30pm with possibility of overtime Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to inspect products throughout the manufacturing process and ensure they meet quality standards, engineering drawings, and customer specifications. This position works closely with production to identify, document, and resolve quality issues while supporting continuous quality improvements. Responsibilities Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of products throughout the production process. Conduct in-process, final, receiving, and first-piece inspections to verify compliance with specifications. Complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) in accordance with AS9102 requirements, including required documentation. Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators. Document inspection results, maintain accurate quality records, and report nonconforming products. Review incoming materials and supplier certifications to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with production and management to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions. Support internal and external quality audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of quality or mechanical inspection experience. Experience in an
ISO 9001/AS9100
manufacturing environment preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work Monday-Friday with overtime as needed. Must be a U.S. Person.
Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
