Fairfield, California job type: Contract salary: $32.14 - 41.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Perform meticulous dimensional and visual receiving inspections on incoming parts, assemblies, and materials for Our Client to verify strict compliance with engineering drawings, GD&T, and purchase order specifications.

Utilize precision tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical measurement equipment, and CMM Manager software to test product quality and program CMM inspections.

Meticulously record inspection results, verify supplier certification packages, and initiate quality notifications for nonconforming materials to maintain complete traceability for Our Client.

Partner with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve inspection discrepancies, manage material dispositions, and support internal and external quality audits for Our Client.

Support AQL sampling plans, maintain inspection equipment and work areas, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce receiving inspection backlogs for Our Client.
