Job Description

Adecco is hiring immediately for CNC Quality Inspector in Escondido, CA. The CNC Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that machined components meet established quality standards and specifications. This role performs detailed dimensional and visual inspections of CNC-machined dental products and components using precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment. The position works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to identify and resolve quality issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

AM Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform secondary machining operations Monitor and run CNC screw machine(s) Perform initial parts inspection Production tooling, grind basic turn tools Cleaning and maintenance of CNC machine(s) Ensure the area is kept clean and safe to 5S standards Ensure logs are kept current + QC inspector
Experience:
Ensure products meet defined specifications by performing dimensional and visual inspection of products according to established inspection processes. Assure the proper handling, inspection, status identification and release of product are performed according to applicable procedures. Ensure that product moves in an un-interrupted flow to meet processing and/or delivery schedules. Initiate and process Non-Conformance Reports, as necessary. Review production documentation for accuracy and completeness. Interact with Operations personnel to ensure product is inspected and moved to the next operation efficiently and accurately. Use company software to ensure accuracy and movement of product. Use of calibrated equipment to perform inspections. Lot History Record (LHR) review. Interact with Operations personnel to determine the status and potential release date of product. Work with Operations to resolve quality issues. Job duties are not limited to the areas of responsibility listed above. Specific responsibilities may be modified, and additional responsibilities may be assigned which are in line with the job summary at the discretion of company management.
Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive functions daily Good organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with CNC machines or Swiss CNC machines is a plus Minimum 1 year of machine tool experience/general machining ability (measuring devices/blueprints) preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, use hands and fingers, talk or hear, and smell continually. Ability to stand, walk and reach frequently. Ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Close vision required to use microscope, read documents, and operate machine. Distance vision required to drive an automobile, if driving is a requirement of the job.
  • Moderate noise levels as found in a light industrial environment, office environment, households with TVs and dishwashers, and driving light traffic.

Pay Details:
