6:00 AM-2:30 PM 6 openings

3:00 PM-11:30

PM Important:

All employees will initially train on 1st shift before transitioning to their assigned shift. Candidates being considered for the 2nd-shift openings must be comfortable working 3:00 PM-11:30 PM. Overtime may be available on weekends and potentially during the week with prior approval. Weekend overtime is voluntary. Receiving Inspector The Receiving Inspector performs incoming inspection of mechanical components, assemblies, materials and supplier documentation to ensure products meet engineering, quality and purchase-order requirements before being released to manufacturing.

Responsibilities include:

Perform dimensional and visual inspections of incoming parts, components and materials Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T requirements Use precision inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators, profilometers and vision measurement systems Review Certificates of Conformance, material certifications, special-process certifications and other supplier documentation Perform and support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities Document inspection results and maintain quality records Identify and document nonconforming material Support CMM inspection activities when qualified Work with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies Maintain proper traceability of accepted, rejected and quarantined material

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of receiving, mechanical, dimensional or manufacturing quality inspection experience Experience with precision measurement equipment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Basic understanding of GD&T Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Aerospace/defense or other highly regulated manufacturing experience is preferred. Experience with

AS9100, ISO 9001, AS9102/FAI, SAP

QM, CMM, optical comparators, Smart Scope/vision systems, AQL sampling and MRB processes is also highly desirable. CMM Programmer / Operator We are specifically seeking at least 3 experienced CMM Programmer/Operators for these openings.

Responsibilities include:

Determine inspection requirements from engineering and customer drawings Create, edit and validate CMM inspection programs Perform dimensional inspections using CMM equipment Interpret and apply GD&T requirements Record and maintain inspection data Maintain calibration systems and perform calibrations as required Train and assist other team members with CMM operation and programming Perform additional finished-product inspections using hand gauges and other measurement systems

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 4-8 years of CMM inspection experience Strong CMM programming experience using CMM Manager or equivalent software Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong knowledge of GD&T Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to pass vision and color-perception examinations Experience in aerospace or another regulated industry, SAP experience, and experience with TSPACE Plus Portable Measuring Arm programming/operation are preferred. Important Site Information This facility works with aircraft ejection-seat systems, and explosives are present in the work environment . Because of the nature of the work, candidates must meet the applicable site requirements.
