Quality Control Technician

Our client is a growing manufacturing organization in the Fremont area seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to help uphold our reputation for premium quality. In this role, you will perform first-piece, incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting parts using SAP Business One (SAP B1), conducting visual, mechanical, and basic electrical checks, verifying measurements and labeling accuracy, and collaborating with the quality team to complete final inspections and close job bags in alignment with production schedules. You will also prepare and submit First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) through customer portals and ensure outgoing shipments include proper certifications. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of quality inspection experience, proficiency with measuring tools, and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; an Associate degree in Engineering, ISO 9001 certification, and experience with lean manufacturing practices are preferred.
