We are looking for a Engineering Product Coordinator to support product development activities in Goleta, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping testing timelines, sample flow, and technical materials organized in a fast-paced environment. The role works closely with engineering and fitting partners to help ensure samples, records, and development assets are prepared, tracked, and accessible throughout each stage of the process.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with engineering and fitting teams to organize product testing calendars, monitor progress, and maintain clear documentation for each testing activity.
• Track incoming samples through multiple development milestones and keep records accurate, current, and easy to reference.
• Receive sample shipments, unpack materials, and prepare items for reviews, fittings, and testing sessions.
• Maintain orderly staging spaces so samples are clearly identified, easy to locate, and ready for immediate use.
• Oversee footwear lasts and sample inventory by labeling, storing, and arranging materials for efficient access.
• Support technical and development teams by preserving a well-structured archive of samples and related product assets.
• Perform foot scanning activities, help recruit fit participants, and update digital records with 3D files and measurement data.
• Coordinate scheduling and administrative follow-up tasks to keep development activities moving on time across cross-functional groups.
