Quality Lab Technician Location:
Hesperia, CA Pay:
$25-28/hr
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (1st Shift)

ASAP About the Opportunity A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Laboratory Technician to support its Quality Control team. This role is ideal for someone with laboratory experience who enjoys hands-on testing, data analysis, and working in a fast-paced production environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring product quality by performing laboratory testing, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and non-routine laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Prepare samples, conduct analyses, and document results accurately. Collect, interpret, and report test data to support quality and production teams. Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and instrumentation. Follow laboratory procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols. Assist with investigations, product evaluations, and process improvement activities. Maintain detailed laboratory documentation and records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality and manufacturing objectives. Support additional laboratory and quality-related tasks as needed. Qualifications Associate degree in Chemistry, a related technical field, or equivalent laboratory experience. 1-3 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a manufacturing, quality, or industrial environment. Ability to work a standard first-shift schedule with overtime as needed. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to safety. Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing. Preferred Experience Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry or Biology. Experience in an industrial, quality control, manufacturing, or R&D laboratory. Familiarity with laboratory equipment, testing procedures, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Experience using systems such as Excel, LIMS, or other laboratory software. Exposure to analytical instrumentation and quality testing methods. Work Environment Manufacturing and laboratory setting. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, protective footwear, and lab attire. Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and materials while following established safety standards. Why Consider This Opportunity?
