Duties Perform detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Conduct quality audits in accordance with

ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA

regulations, and other relevant standards to ensure compliance across all manufacturing processes. Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerances of complex parts. Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, defect rates, and process deviations to identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP protocols. Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) by participating in internal audits and process reviews. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues swiftly and effectively while adhering to strict regulatory guidelines. Skills Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Strong understanding of quality standards including

ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA

regulations, CGMP, HACCP, and related compliance requirements. Experience conducting quality audits and inspections within manufacturing environments. Excellent analysis skills to interpret measurement data and identify root causes of defects or deviations. Knowledge of quality assurance principles and quality management systems (QMS). Ability to document findings clearly and maintain meticulous records for traceability.
