Job Description
- Must have Soils and Aggregates Certification or equivalent
- The position of Sand & Gravel QC Technician includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- The complete process of sampling, spitting, preparing, testing, and calculating.
- Use scales and weighing equipment to weigh materials and products.
- Accurately record weight measurements and perform required calculations.
- Time Management and organizational skills are important for testing procedures.
- Self-supervision and the ability to work independently are required skills.
- This position includes occasional lifting to 50 lbs.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, as this position includes driving a company vehicle to multiple sites to collect sand and gravel samples.
