Job Description Balance Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join a manufacturing team in Lodi, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues. Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming materials, purchased parts, components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Perform inspections using standard measuring and testing equipment. Identify and reject defective or nonconforming materials and products. Conduct process audits and document findings according to established procedures. Maintain accurate inspection reports, quality records, and testing documentation. Coordinate calibration of inspection and testing equipment. Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions. Enter inspection results and production data into the ERP system. Follow established quality procedures and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or manufacturing inspection preferred. Experience using measuring and inspection equipment. Ability to read and follow written procedures and quality specifications. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills; ERP system experience preferred. Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
