In this role, you will be responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, and finished goods to ensure full compliance with IPC standards and customer specifications. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of PCBAs and electro-mechanical assemblies in accordance with

IPC-A-610

standards. Inspect surface mount (SMT) and thru-hole soldering, component placement, polarity, and overall workmanship. Utilize inspection tools such as stereo microscopes, digital calipers, micrometers, and optical inspection (AOI) equipment. Document inspection results, generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA). Verify adherence to engineering drawings, bill of materials (BOMs), schematics, and work instructions. Collaborate with assembly technicians, process engineers, and production leads to resolve quality issues in real time.

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.50 per hour
