Job Description

Our client, an electronics manufacturing and assembly company, is looking for a Quality Inspector to join their team in Moorpark, CA . In this role, you will be responsible for performing first article, incoming, and final inspections of PCB assemblies and components while maintaining accurate quality records.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform First Article inspections for all level boards and record results accurately Conduct incoming inspections for all level boards and components and document findings Perform final inspections of completed assemblies in accordance with established procedures and requirements Ensure accuracy of test equipment by checking against calibration standards Review and sign company certifications as required Check returned and rejected materials for proper status and disposition Maintain process efficiency and accuracy of department yields Maintain quality records related to all inspection activities
Requirements:
IPC and J-STD certification required (expired acceptable) Must pass a PCB inspection test prior to interview Knowledge of ISO processes, IPC A610 Latest Revision, and
J-STD-01
Latest Revision Experience with sampling techniques and measuring equipment Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and instructions Proficient in Microsoft Excel including data entry and cell formatting
Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Full-Time | 4/10 or 5/8 schedule (Tuesday-Thursday plus additional days) 1st
Shift:
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
