Expert staffing west is seeking QC Techs for a facility in Moorpark CA! (Incoming Inspection & QC Lab)
Pay:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour (DOE) Incoming Inspector (1st shift) Monday-Friday As an Incoming Inspector, you'll help ensure that raw materials and packaging components meet all quality requirements before entering production.
Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging components against approved specifications and supplier Certificates of Analysis (COAs). Perform sampling, identification, and visual/dimensional inspections using approved AQL sampling plans. Accurately document inspection results within the Quality Management System (QMS). Identify and quarantine non-conforming materials and initiate Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs). Maintain accurate lot traceability records to support GMP compliance and material release. QC Lab Technician -
Second Shift Shift:
Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-8:30 PM As a QC Lab Technician, you'll perform laboratory testing to verify products meet quality standards before release.
Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and finished product testing, including pH, viscosity, specific gravity, appearance, and other required analyses. Accurately record and review laboratory data following GMP documentation and data integrity requirements. Calibrate, verify, and maintain laboratory equipment according to established procedures. Support batch release by confirming products meet established quality specifications. Assist in the investigation and documentation of Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and communicate findings to Quality Assurance.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or other regulated manufacturing environments. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Quality-related role. Experience performing inspections, laboratory testing, or quality documentation. Familiarity with ISO quality systems and regulated manufacturing environments.
