We have an immediate opening for PCBA Quality Inspectors. Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for performing in-process and/or final QC inspection of PCB Assemblies. PCBA 1st Article Inspection including 100% value measurements of all electronic components. Perform Printed Circuit Board Assembly Inspection using IPC-A-610 and
J-STD-001
standards. Must understand Electronics Components, Bill of Materials and PCB Assembly Drawings. Perform data entry into Assembly Travelers, Customer Inspection Reports and QA records. File completed Assembly Travelers and Documentation Binders in the QA documentation area. Willing to learn how to operate XRAY and AOI equipment for PCB Assembly inspection. Follow guidelines regarding ESD, board handling, and use of moisture sensitive devices (MSD). Support and follow all ISO standards related to the Quality Management System. Perform all other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent. 2+ years' work experience, preferably in Microelectronics industry. Must have good eyesight, hand & finger dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. Must be a team player and have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Computer skills, use of MS Office, software applications, and the internet. Other Experience or Abilities Flexible to work overtime when required. Ability to multi-task, full of energy, willing to learn new skills. This position requires long periods of standing, seating and use of microscope.
