Job Summary Pacific Capacitor Co. is seeking a hands-on Quality Control & Assembly Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This position combines quality inspection with electronic component assembly and is ideal for someone with practical manufacturing or technical experience who is detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn. Responsibilities Inspect in-process and finished components Verify products meet drawings, specifications, and workmanship requirements Solder and assemble electronic components Use measuring and inspection equipment to verify product conformance Read and follow technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions Identify and document quality or workmanship issues Maintain accurate inspection and quality records Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production or quality issues Learn company-specific products, manufacturing processes, and quality procedures Take on increased quality control responsibilities as knowledge and experience develop Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, electronics, assembly, inspection, or a related technical environment required Previous soldering experience with electronic components required Strong mechanical and technical aptitude Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications Experience with measuring or inspection tools preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Comfortable performing both hands-on assembly and inspection work Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibility
