Job Description

Quality Control Inspector Now Hiring! We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Morgan Hill, California. This position plays an important role in ensuring that our cable, harness, electrical, and electro-mechanical assemblies meet customer specifications and high standards for quality.
Pay:
$19.00-$24.00
Shift:
6:00 am-2:30pm Position Responsibilities Inspect incoming materials, components, in-process assemblies, and finished products. Verify products against engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and customer requirements. Use inspection tools and measuring equipment to verify dimensions and workmanship. Identify, document, and communicate quality issues or nonconformances. Support production teams in resolving quality concerns and preventing defects. Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation. Participate in corrective and preventive action activities as needed. Follow established quality procedures and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure products meet requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in quality control, inspection, manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify workmanship and dimensional issues. Familiarity with inspection and measurement tools preferred. Basic computer and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Experience with cable/harness assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies, or electronics manufacturing is a plus.
