Create manufacturing instructions/shop travelers compliant to STEICO Industries Inc. quality processes and procedures. Review customer Quality, Engineering and Specification requirements to include in the manufacturing instructions. Generating data packages to accompany the shop travelers. Generate aides to assist manufacturing departments.Essential Responsibilities:

Job duties and requirements may change as required by needs of Company. Essential Duties in Order of Priority Frequency Performed 1. Interpret customer drawings/ specifications/ Quality Manual/ PO clauses and Terms and Conditions while creating manufacturing work instructions/ shop travelers to ensure we are meeting requirements Daily 2. Generate Engineering drawing packets, coordinate data sheets, Weld schedule aides, Masking Drawings, Label drawings Daily 3. Plot X,Y,Z intersection points, label locations and masking locations from CAD models Daily 4. Creates Bill of Materials using customer provided parts lists, drawings and models Daily 5. Creates manufacturing operation sequencing Daily 6. Validating tooling, machinery and process capabilities Daily 7. Verifying and Scheduling part manufacturing based off Customer purchase order/forecast Daily 8. Perform document control of Engineering drawing packets, customer specifications and industry specifications in data retention system Daily 9. Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictateAs Needed Qualifications:

3-5 years' manufacturing industry experience- Experience/knowledge of equipment, machines, tools, etc: Blueprint/drawing interpretation, 3D modeling experience, fabrication and assembly experience
- Communication and Language skills: Ability to communicate, in English, respectfully and knowledgably, verbally and written, with co-workers and customers
- Mathematical skills: Requires basic math skills. A strong understanding of Geometry is preferred
Computer Skills:
Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets - formulas, graphs and charts- Reasoning ability: Requires ability to assess facts and develop conclusions

Operating bench buffers, bench grinders, tube expanders and 20" disk sanders. Daily 5. Using hand tools such as deburring tools, and rubber mallets. Daily 6.
