We take our work seriously- not ourselves SUMMARY As a Quality Inspector in the packaging and display industry, you will play a crucial role in the production and manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications through routine inspections on the production floor. This role supports production teams by identifying quality issues, documenting findings, and promoting adherence to company quality standards.
Requirements:
JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE
Conduct on-floor inspections across production machines to ensure compliance with quality standards Verify that products meet established specifications and requirements Identify, document, and track quality issues within designated systems (e.g., Nulogy) Communicate inspection results and quality concerns to production teams in a timely manner Support continuous improvement efforts by reporting recurring quality issues
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a quality inspector, preferably in the packaging and display industry. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and complete required documentation Ability to work effectively in a production floor environment Effective time management and organizational skills to meet production deadlines. Adherence to safety guidelines and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Core Competencies High ethical standards. Physical and Environmental Requirements:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision. Work environment includes front-office and manufacturing in California. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
