We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, works well with a team, and is interested in continuing to learn and grow in bakery production. You'll work alongside our production team, receive structured training, and learn by taking part in daily ingredient preparation and baking. You'll also help English- and Mandarin-speaking team members communicate clearly during training and shift handoffs. Commercial baking experience is not required; restaurant, café, or other food-service experience is preferred. What you'll do Assist with weighing and preparing ingredients, mixing dough, shaping products, baking, and packaging as trained. Learn and follow recipes, production procedures, quality standards, and food-safety practices. Help relay work instructions and shift updates between English- and Mandarin-speaking team members. Clean and organize work areas, utensils, and equipment. Work with the team to meet daily production needs. What we're looking for Fluent spoken English and Mandarin, with the ability to understand and communicate work instructions clearly. A genuine interest in learning bakery production and willingness to start with basic tasks. Food-service experience preferred; previous professional baking experience is not required. Reliability, attention to detail, and a cooperative approach to teamwork. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive production tasks, and lift or carry ingredients and equipment.

Pay:

$20-$24 per hour, based on demonstrated skills. Structured training and opportunities to develop additional production skills are provided.
